Title 7 - Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance - Chapter 7.05
Penalty for Not Obtaining a Permit. Any property owner who
allows construction or development without first obtaining a permit
shall be penalized in an amount and manner as determined by the
Commission in each case, provided however no fine or penalty shall
be assessed for any violation of less than six (6) days.
